What We Do
We hold the gift of human tissue donation in the highest regard — a profound act of generosity that makes advanced healing possible. These donations provide the native proteins and extracellular matrix architecture that give human tissue its unmatched healing potential. By partnering with leading scientists and clinicians, we are committed to ensuring these donations are translated into the most effective treatment options available.
Our Focus
Our facilities are appropriately licensed, registered, and documentation comes with every product for seamless tissue tracking, logistics, quality control and compliance — so providers and patients can focus on what matters most: recovery.
Human birth tissue — including the amniotic membrane and umbilical cord — provides medical professionals with a robust source of bioactive allograft material. This is nothing that is created in a lab; it has been developed over millions of years of evolution. Every allograft we provide is expertly processed in FDA-registered, AATB-accredited facilities operating under cGTP and cGMP standards, so the tissue retains its inherent properties. Rich in growth factors, cytokines, collagen, and extracellular matrix proteins, amnion possesses powerful anti-inflammatory, anti-fibrotic, and antimicrobial properties that directly support the body's own healing mechanisms. Because it is immunologically privileged, amniotic tissue carries a minimal risk of rejection, making it a remarkably versatile therapeutic option that has been extensively applied by physicians for wound care, ophthalmology, and surgical repair (i.e. Orthopedics, Spine, OB/GYN, Urology). What was once considered medical waste is now understood to be among the most clinically valuable biological materials available. None of this is possible without the compassionate decision by each donor mother. These women undergo thorough prescreening and serological testing — including evaluation for communicable diseases — to ensure the highest standards of safety for recipients. Their contribution requires nothing beyond what nature has already provided, yet the impact on a patient's healing journey who receives the graft, can be profound and lasting. We are deeply grateful to each donor mother whose quiet generosity gives clinicians a powerful tool for restoring quality of life in patients who need it most.
Cadaveric tissue donation has long served as a cornerstone of regenerative medicine, offering clinicians access to biological materials that synthetic alternatives simply cannot replicate. These materials serve as scaffolding with and integrate with the recipient's own tissue over time — a biological conversation between donor architecture and living host — making them indispensable in orthopedic, spinal, dental, and reconstructive procedures. CMG supports the highest quality Acellular Dermal Matrix (ADM), derived through a precise, patented decellularization process that removes donor cells while preserving the native collagen scaffold, elastin, and vascular channels, provides an ideal biological framework for soft tissue reconstruction, wound closure, and surgical reinforcement. Similarly, our cadaveric bone grafts retain the mineralized extracellular matrix, osteoinductive proteins, and structural integrity necessary to support bone regeneration, fusion, and load-bearing repair. Behind every graft is a human being whose final act of generosity continues to heal others. Each cadaveric donor is rigorously screened through a comprehensive process that includes detailed medical and social history review, serological testing, and microbial evaluation — all conducted in accordance with FDA regulations and AATB standards — to ensure recipient safety without compromise. The decision made by donors and their families during an unimaginably difficult time is one of extraordinary grace. We honor that decision in every step of our processing, handling, and distribution — treating each donation not as a product, but as a privilege entrusted to us in service of human healing.
CMG offers only FDA cleared devices for processing a patient’s own tissue: • Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) from autologous blood • Platelet Poor Plasma (PPP) from autologous blood • Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF) from autologous blood • Bone Marrow Aspirate Concentrate (BMAC) from autologous bone marrow • Adipose Tissue Transfer (ATT) from autologous adipose tissue Our systems are designed to harvest and appropriately prepare autologous HCT/Ps – Each product is FDA cleared, and we provide technical support on the devices and can help introduce clinicians with deeper training and resources to our medical partners. CMG proudly supports a system for harvesting, concentrating, and transferring microfragmented autologous adipose tissue. It is FDA-cleared for use in orthopedic and arthroscopic surgeries with over 160 peer reviewed papers supporting the science. Adipose tissue can be applied as a structural allograft; it contains a high concentration of important reparative cells that may support the healing process… Efficiently prepared, microfragmented autologous adipose tissue can be processed and used in the OR as an adjunct to a surgical procedure or even performed in a clinic setting.
Beyond traditional allografts and autografts, CMG represents an expanding portfolio of advanced biomaterials — including plant derived scaffolds, growth factor matrices, and next-generation tissue substitutes — designed to meet the evolving needs of modern surgical practice. We hold every product we offer to the highest regulatory and quality standards. Each one is either approved or cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, or is a human cell and tissue product (HCT/P) regulated by the FDA under Section 361 of the Public Health Service Act and 21 CFR Part 1271. Our tissue allografts come from facilities following cGTP accredited by the American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB), which follow rigorous donor screening, testing, and processing standards.
